Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2–3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Rinse the dried lotus seeds under cold water.
- Soak the seeds in water for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the seeds and place them in a pot with 4 cups of fresh water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 20-30 minutes until the seeds are soft.
- Switch off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Stir in the honey until fully dissolved, adjusting the sweetness to taste.
- Optionally, add lime slices or fresh mint for extra flavor.
- Strain the drink into glasses or a pitcher. Serve and enjoy!
